fishingamongst its 365 drumlin islands. Options include reef fishing off Clare Island &
Achill Island for Mackeral, Pollack, Whiting, Coalfish, Haddock, Puting, Red, Cod, Turbot, Conger, John Dory and many more species. Go sharking fishing in August and September off Achill & Clare Islands.
Clew Bay Angling Company is run by reowned charter skipper Mary Gavin Hughes who organises fishing charters on Clew Bay and can supply you with suitable equipment. A full day charter for up to 10 people will cost €480 with equipment hire for €15 pp.
Mary is well known in fishing and angling fraternities on local, national and international levels for representing herself, her club and Ireland on the sea angling circuit.
