We now offer supervised kayaking taster sessions in the bay in front of the hotel. This activity is suitable for those with little or no previous kayaking experience, children and adults alike.

You can sit back and enjoy watching your kids have an experience they won't soon forget or join in the fun!

Booking is essential so please call our Activity Desk on 098 36709. Time will change daily as this activity is depended on the tides.

You will be kitted out with all the essential gear - wetsuit, helmut, lifejacket and paddle, all you need is your swim gear. Make sure the family are there with the camera! Then its off down the causeway to the kayaks. Our supervisors will be with you throughout the session and guide you through the moves!

The session lasts an hour and a half, costs €30 per adult and €20 per child. Kids have to be 8 +. Available June / July & August.
