4.00 to 6.30pm | A gentle welcome: set your Sankalpa, ease into a flowing yoga practice, and melt into deep Yoga Nidra relaxation
7.00pm | Dinner together, perfect for connecting with fellow travellers and new friends
SATURDAY JANUARY 24TH
8.30 to 10.00am | Awaken with an energising Morning Flow to start your day with clarity and ease
10.00am | Nourishing breakfast
11.00am to 3.45pm | Time just for you. Explore the coast, wander in nature, or simply unwind overlooking the sea.
4.00 to 5.00pm | Soothing Yin Yoga to release tension
5.00 to 6.30pm | Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation to bring deep calm to body and mind
7.00pm | Shared dinner at one long table. A relaxed evening of good food and great company
