THE WESTBOUND BISTRO BAR

The Westbound Bistro Bar offers relaxed dining options in the light-filled observatory from 12pm – 8.30pm daily. Watch the boats bob up and down in the bay whilst you tuck into hearty chowders and locally farmed beef with plenty of options for children too. Expect an offering of old world wines, local beers with superior sips of small batch spirits.

THE COACH ROOM

The Coach Room plays host to one of the Hotel’s two turf fires that are lit every afternoon at 12pm. Sofas are situated strategically on either side of the glowing embers to entice one to sit awhile and soak up the atmosphere with a large glass of red or a deep peaty whiskey.

THE NEPHIN RESTAURANT

Head Chef Shane Farrell weaves the menus with seasonal and local produce that envelops his diners with a real sense of place. Paying homage to the the bay in which the hotel graciously overlooks, his AA rosette menus change to whatever is caught in the water out front each morning. Food and wine align in a dining room draped with crisp white tablecloths, and long veil like curtains whilst the vista speaks for itself.
