No planning, no coordinating, no overthinking it. Just a few days away that feel easy from the moment you check in. Mulranny Park Hotel sits right on the edge of the Atlantic. Quiet in the right way. Fresh air, long views, and enough distance from everything to properly switch off.

Mornings start slowly at a shared table in The Nephin Restaurant. Coffee first, always. Good food, no rush. From there, the day moves between yoga that feels good in your body and time that’s entirely your own. Flowing vinyasa, slower restorative sessions, and space to stretch out both physically and mentally. In between, take it exactly as you need. Walk the beach. Sit in the sauna.

Book a treatment. Read your book without checking your phone. Or do very little and enjoy that for once. Evenings unfold in The Coach Room. Two dinners, thoughtfully taken care of with a three-course menu. Across the weekend, you’ll have eight hours of yoga with Andrea. Her approach is calm, intuitive, and genuinely welcoming. No pressure to be flexible, experienced, or “good” at yoga. Just a chance to move, breathe, and feel more like yourself again.
